Substantial trading risk
Trading, especially in micro-cap and highly volatile stocks, involves substantial risk. It is possible to lose part or all of your account. Rapid price changes, poor liquidity, and changing market conditions can make risk management difficult in live conditions.
Execution can differ from research assumptions
Historical studies, backtests, and walkforward analysis are not guarantees of future performance. Live results can differ materially because of slippage, borrow availability, locate pricing, halts, routing quality, and the realities of fast markets.
Short-selling frictions matter
Some setups may be difficult or impossible to execute because shares cannot be borrowed at an acceptable cost. A historically favorable setup does not mean the trade will be practical or economical in a live account.
Operational fit matters
GBS currently frames entries only in premarket, between 4:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time. If that timing window does not fit your location, schedule, or trading process, the product may not be a suitable fit.
